I haven't received my ticket yet

In most cases your confirmation and e-ticket arrive within a few minutes. If it's taking longer, first check your spam or promotions folder and confirm you're looking at the email address you booked with.

Occasionally an airline takes extra time to issue a ticket. When that happens, your booking is still in progress on our side — we don't need anything from you, and we'll email you the moment it's confirmed.

If a fair amount of time has passed and you're worried, email us with your booking reference and we'll check the status for you right away.
