Name spelling and corrections

The name on your ticket must match the passport or ID you'll travel with. Airlines check this at check-in, and a mismatch can mean being turned away, so it's worth getting right.

If you notice a misspelling after booking, email us straight away with your booking reference and the correct spelling. We'll ask the airline what's possible.

What happens next depends on the airline. Some allow a minor correction for free, some charge a fee, and a few require the ticket to be reissued. The sooner you tell us, the more options you're likely to have.
