Accessibility statement
Last updated July 2026
We want everyone to be able to search and book flights on ZaraTrip, regardless of ability or the device they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA and treat accessibility as an ongoing commitment, not a one-off task.
What we do
- Design mobile-first, with readable text and sufficient colour contrast.
- Support keyboard navigation and label form fields for screen readers.
- Write in plain language and keep booking steps clear.
- Test with assistive technology as we build new features.
We’re not perfect yet
Some areas may still fall short, and third-party components (like airline seat maps) aren’t always fully under our control. We’re working to improve continuously.
Tell us
If you hit an accessibility barrier on ZaraTrip, please let us know. Describe the problem and the page, and we’ll do our best to fix it and help you complete what you were doing.
