ZaraTrip is a USA-based travel-planning and booking service being built for travellers worldwide. From domestic trips to international journeys, including travel to and from East Africa, the goal is simple: keep choices understandable, show the full amount before commitment, and make the next step easy to find.
What powers us
Flight search is being developed with Duffel. During development, ZaraTrip uses Duffel’s sandbox and test-booking tools. Live ticketing, payment collection and supplier terms will be verified before the public service is launched; the preview never asks for real card details.
Clear, all-in prices
Our interface is designed to show the flight total, included taxes and optional extras before confirmation. The live commercial and payment setup is still being finalised. The intended service-fee approach is explained on our service fees page.
Our promise on support
Travel plans change, and things occasionally go wrong. The product is designed around a clear support trail, with email contact and a signed-in request history. Our help center covers common questions, while provider-specific timelines and conditions are shown without promising an outcome the airline or another supplier controls.
A note on who we are
ZaraTrip is currently a product in development. Before public launch, this page will publish the verified operating entity, registered address and the customer-service commitments that apply to live bookings. We will not fill those gaps with placeholder credentials or badges.
