We believe the price shown before confirmation should be the price charged. ZaraTrip is being designed around all-in pricing: mandatory airline taxes and any ZaraTrip service fee should be visible before the customer commits.
What our margin covers
The difference between the airline’s base fare and the price you pay covers:
- Running the booking platform and coordinating ticket fulfilment.
- Payment processing and fraud controls once live.
- Customer support before, during and after your trip.
- Helping you cancel, change or claim a refund when your fare allows it.
Clear fees before confirmation
The live service is intended to show every mandatory charge before confirmation. Optional extras — such as a specific seat, extra checked baggage or an eligible fare hold — should be listed separately with their own price. This behaviour will be tested against the final suppliers and payment flow before launch.
Taxes and currency
Preview fares are shown in US dollars. The final checkout will identify included taxes and any separate charges. A customer’s bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction charge; supported card and mobile-money methods are still being evaluated.
A fair note on prices
Flight availability and totals can change until a ticket is issued. The live flow must recheck the offer and show any changed total for explicit customer acceptance before payment.
