These terms outline how the intended ZaraTrip service is expected to work. Preview searches and bookings use test systems and do not create a live passenger ticket.
1. Our role
The live service is intended to help customers find and book travel supplied by third parties. The final terms will identify ZaraTrip’s legal role, the contracting supplier for each product, and the merchant of record after those arrangements are executed.
2. Prices and payment
Preview prices are test or sandbox values and must not be treated as live offers. In the live service, the interface is intended to show taxes, mandatory charges and any ZaraTrip fee before confirmation, and to ask for consent if a supplier changes the total.
3. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to the fare rules of your airline and may incur penalties. Where a fare is refundable, refunds are processed back to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days after we receive them from the airline). See our Refund Policy.
4. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate passenger details (names exactly as on travel documents), ensure you hold valid documents and any required visas, and check in on time. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect details you provide or documents you fail to obtain.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or other acts of the airlines, which are governed by the airline’s terms.
