These terms govern your use of ZaraTrip (“we”, “us”). By searching for or booking a flight, you agree to them. ZaraTrip is a travel agency that sells flights provided by third-party airlines through our aggregation partner, Duffel.
1. Our role
We act as an agent to help you find and book flights. The transport contract for each flight is between you and the operating airline, subject to that airline’s conditions of carriage. We are the merchant of record for your payment.
2. Prices and payment
All prices shown include taxes and our service fee, in the currency displayed. Fares are not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed and paid — airlines may change availability or price at any time before ticketing. We re-check the price immediately before charging you and will ask you to confirm any change.
3. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to the fare rules of your airline and may incur penalties. Where a fare is refundable, refunds are processed back to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days after we receive them from the airline). See our Refund Policy.
4. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate passenger details (names exactly as on travel documents), ensure you hold valid documents and any required visas, and check in on time. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect details you provide or documents you fail to obtain.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or other acts of the airlines, which are governed by the airline’s terms.
