Where is my e-ticket?
Your e-ticket is emailed to you shortly after your payment is confirmed and your flight is ticketed. Check the inbox you used to book, and take a look in your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it right away.
You can also find your e-ticket in your ZaraTrip account, or by looking up your booking with your ZaraTrip booking reference and the email you booked with — no sign-in needed.
If a few minutes have passed and there's still nothing, it may be that the airline is taking a little longer to issue the ticket. We'll keep on it and email you as soon as it's ready.
