Preview notice: no live payments are accepted in this test application. The final refund policy will be reviewed and published before live sales begin.

Whether a booking can be refunded — and how much — depends on the fare rules of the airline you booked. We show the refund amount before you confirm any cancellation.

Cancelling

You can request a cancellation from your account. We’ll show you a quote (the refund amount and any airline penalty) before you confirm. Once confirmed, the cancellation is final.

How refunds are paid

For live bookings, refunds are intended to return to the original payment method. The final timing, merchant-of-record arrangement and treatment of third-party fees depend on the payment and ticketing contracts selected before launch and will be stated here once verified.

Airline-initiated changes

If an airline changes or cancels your flight, we’ll notify you with your options. Depending on the airline you may be entitled to accept the new itinerary, rebook, or receive a refund.

Non-refundable fares

Many low fares are non-refundable. In those cases you may still be entitled to a refund of government taxes; we’ll show what’s available in your cancellation quote.
