How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel, open your booking in your ZaraTrip account or look it up with your reference and email, then contact us to start the cancellation. We'll confirm what applies before anything is finalised.

Whether you get money back, and how much, depends on the airline and the fare you bought. Some fares are refundable, some are partly refundable, and some are non-refundable except for taxes — we'll tell you clearly what your fare allows.

If you think you might not travel, it's best to act sooner rather than later, as options and any refund can shrink closer to departure.
