Cancelling vs not showing up
There's an important difference between cancelling a flight and simply not turning up. If you cancel through us before departure, we can apply whatever refund or credit your fare allows.
If you're a no-show — you don't cancel and don't fly — most airlines treat the ticket as used and forfeited, which usually means no refund and can also cancel your onward or return flights.
So even if you're not getting money back, it's almost always better to tell us you're not travelling before the flight leaves. It keeps your options open and protects the rest of your itinerary.
