Entering passenger details correctly

When you book, enter each traveller's first and last name exactly as they appear on the passport or national ID they'll use to travel. Airlines match the name on the ticket to your travel document, so even a small spelling difference can cause problems at check-in.

Double-check dates of birth, any titles, and contact details before you pay. For international travel, you may also be asked for passport details, and some destinations require them.

If you spot a mistake after booking, contact us by email as soon as possible. Name corrections depend on the airline — some allow a small fix for free, others charge a fee or require a new ticket.
